The IPFire Project offers several options to install / use IPFire.
Bootable CD Image
An image to burn on a CD, boot from it and finaly install IPFire. It's possible to download it directly form one of our servers or from the torrent network.
USB HDD Image
This image allows an installation from an USB key, if there is no CD ROM Device available.
USB FDD Image
To install from an USB key, if the BIOS of the system doesn't recognize the USB HDD Image correctly.
Flash-Image
A pre-installed image which has been optimized for flash devices (USB Keys, CF-Cards, SSD's). At the first boot it's possible to change all important settings. To use on systems with VGA port.
Alix Image
A pre-installed image which has been optimized for flash devices. At the first boot it's possible to change all important settings. To use on systems without VGA port.
On this image all console output will be sent over the serial port!
Xen Image
A ready to use image for Xen environments.
