This option should be selected if this IPFire acts as a TLS-client. This type of connection allows the admin to import a client .zip package created by the TLS-server gateway. Hereby, all configuration data of the TLS server will automatically be read and written in the appropriate configuration file. After selecting the menu item the button Choose File must be clicked and the import window opens.
Now, the previously loaded .zip package from the TLS-server can be imported over the Add button. The configuration of IPFire for a TLS client machine will be handled then automatically by IPFire. There is no need for additional configuration steps.
If the certificates and keys are from a different distribution be imported, it is assumed that the certificates and keys are packed in a PKCS#12 file, and stored together with the .con file in a .zip file.
